In the off-season, the minimum stay is 4 days.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Bed linen is provided.
Towels can be rented (€5 per person).
Cleaning is not included in the rental price and is the tenant’s responsibility (if cleaning is not done upon departure, il sera facturé 140 €)
Booking Procedure:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking along with the rental agreement.
The balance must be paid no later than one month before arrival.
A security deposit will also be requested.
